Our VBAC (vaginal birth after caesarean) workshops are a great way to prepare for the birth of a baby following a previous caesarean birth. This evidenced based workshop will leave you feeling confident, empowered and educated about birthing after caesarean. You and your birth partner will learn how to ensure you have all the information needed to make decisions during labour and birth and how your birth partner can support you.
